We are not happy unless every single one of our customers is 100% happy with their order. If you have an issue with your delivery, want to report a damaged product or wish to return a product please contact us at info@morrisoflondon.co.uk within 14 days of Receipt.


14 day guarantee for UK orders.

If you decide you do not want an item, you may return it (at your expense) for a full refund of the item within 14 days in the condition it was delivered. Any items with a broken seal, or that have been opened or used will NOT be accepted for a return or refund.

Please note that if an item is not faulty or damaged you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item.

We do our best to deliver your items to you in perfect condition. However, if a product arrives to you either faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days of Receipt along with the following in order to receive a full refund or replacement free of charge:

  • Images of the invoice

  • Images of the packaging

  • Images of damaged items

If your parcel is returned to us after several delivery attempts we will refund the value of the invoice less postage.


We aim to process any refunds within 5 working days.

Please note it may take 5 to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account due to the bank systems which is out of our control.
