We always aim to be completely fair to our customers. With regards to the postage for purchases made on our store, we are charged by the courier company for every delivery, regardless of the value of the order.

Morris of London. We always aim to be completely transparent to our customers and you can be assured we will ship your order with the upmost care. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

Turnaround

All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Value & Delivery Costs

£0 to £25  - £4.99 2-3 working days

£25 to £50.00  - £2.99 2-3 working days

£50 and up  - FREE 2-3 working days

Undelivered Parcels - we reserve the right to retain your payment to cover costs incurred;

If your parcel is returned to us by the courier, having made several failed attempts to deliver to you, we will refund you for the value of the invoice less postage. Please note we are charged by the courier company to send your parcel and then again to have it returned to us, plus a handling fee.

If we anticipate any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email.
